The renowned gastronomic restaurant L’Arbousier offers Mediterranean-style cuisine with a Corsican touch around home and sea produces. Its fine cuisine in sunny colours is exquisitely served either indoors in the lovely rustic-style restaurant with its original beamed ceilings, or else on the adjacent alfresco dining terrace with its poolside shady tables overlooking the great blue sea.   For dinners, our Maîtres d’Hôtel Antoine and Georges offer their gastronomic menu for gourmet dinner and their daily menu (inspired by daily market, at dinnertime only, at Euro 70 per person, drinks not included). For lunches, they will also have great pleasure to introduce you their grill menu for casual lunch every day.

Practical information:

For your children's meals, our headwaiters also propose a wide variety of menus made just for them and served in your room from 6:15 p.m. on (order before 3:00 p.m. for that evening's meal).

Dress code: we suggest that you dress informally during the day and dress up in the evening to go to the bar and restaurant.  Jacket and tie are not required for dinner, but gentlemen are asked to wear long pants (no Bermuda shorts).  We thank you in advance for your comprehension and elegance.

If you'd like to do something special for a birthday, or if you need a picnic to take along on your boating or 4-wheel drive excursion, just ask our headwaiters. They'll be happy to help you.

Seminars and events: we offer a wide choice of gourmet and business menus, buffets and open bars to meet your specific needs (80 to 120 people depending on the time of year).
